We accept most major insurance plans, with typical copays ranging from $20–$50 per visit. For those without insurance or who prefer self-pay, new patient visits are $125–$175 and follow-ups are $75–$125. Many preventive services, including PrEP-related care, are covered at little or no cost through insurance. Seamless Testing & Medication Access
We coordinate all necessary lab work through convenient partnerships with Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics locations across Illinois, with mobile phlebotomy options available when needed. Lab orders are sent electronically, and we review your results through the patient portal with clear explanations of what they mean. Prescriptions go directly to your pharmacy of choice, and for HIV medications, we connect you with specialty pharmacies and assistance programs to ensure affordable access to treatment.
