Closing The Gaps We Saw

Too many people face barriers getting the healthcare they need—long waits for specialists, transportation challenges, concerns about privacy, or fear of judgment. We built ImmunoCare Health to remove those obstacles by delivering expert care directly to patients through telehealth, making specialized HIV services and comprehensive primary care accessible across Illinois.

Specialized Expertise Meets Everyday Care

Most practices make you choose between a primary care doctor and a specialist, forcing you to navigate multiple appointments and disconnected care. We combine both—offering HIV prevention and treatment, Hepatitis care, and sexual health services alongside routine primary care and chronic disease management. Everything you need from one trusted provider who understands your whole health picture.

A Safe Space For Everyone

Healthcare should never come with stigma or judgment. We created a practice where LGBTQ+ individuals, people living with or at risk for HIV, and underserved communities can access confidential, culturally competent care without barriers. Whether you're starting PrEP, managing a chronic condition, or seeking gender-affirming care, you'll find respect, expertise, and support here.
